Our Approach

We're both certified life coaches through the Integrative Wellness Academy (IWA)

IWA is the only holistic and integrative life coaching academy. As integrative wellness & life coaches we help clients become empowered to make the changes they desire, move toward balance and wholeness and take action steps necessary to achieve their goals. We act as a “tour guide” and coach from a holistic “inside out and outside in” model using a combination of modalities and approaches giving our clients the tools to self-heal, overcome and grow in the entire person; mental, emotional, physical and spiritual systems.

Every person is different, so we create customized plans to merge life coaching fundamentals with advanced tools and techniques. Integration, trauma processing, and mindset practice are core to our approach.

Recognition and practice are the key steps to lasting integration. Designed to bridge the gap between knowledge and action, integration coaching is designed to to transfer valuable insights into a customized program of actionable steps, delivering transformative results.
